Northampton's Clown is a joke in comparaison : I don't know I must laugh to death or I must scream !
Madly insane indoubtedly ! Great catch (light & background : clear focus on "It").
And no need more blood to be a fierce. You photography reminds to me an oold game on PS I with insane prisoner into Hospital / Jail. One of them looks like your model !
